With two successful sushi kiosks in Central Market, a major grocery chain, the creators wanted to communicate that sushi is nutritious and fun—and it's for everyone. We started with brand positioning that exuded this concept. And then we developed a system that was both educational and entertaining, starting with a name that is synonymous with smiles. The result is good food made approachable.
